What Is Trendy Butler?
Trendy Butler is an exclusive and diverse men’s apparel subscription service that gives members $150+ worth of men’s clothes for $65 per month. Our technology personally caters to each user’s style preferences, sizes, and overall personality.
Unlike most of today’s men’s clothing subscription services, Trendy Butler delivers not only quality at a ridiculously low price, but true diversity and range in the products we offer. Our monthly boxes are created with partnerships that include today’s most influential and trendsetting brands to ensure you are always with the latest and most fashionable gear.
Do I decide what I receive?
While we can't always guarantee that we will be able to accommodate each request, we do take what you would like to receive and not like to receive into consideration.
Each month your stylist will go through our partnered apparel network based on the criteria of what you entered into your style profile, coupled with your geo-location and feedback/returns data, our stylists are able to give you clothes you want at a price that wont break the bank. Refer below to "Can I Make Special Requests?"
Keep in mind that you will get clothing that is meant to build a wardrobe, and may not necessarily receive a full outfit every single month.
When can I expect my package?
Once you sign up, your profile is combed over and a box is built by your Stylist in 7-10 business days. Your Butler will deliver your box to your doorstep in 2-7 business days after that. The minimum time frame for receiving product from signup to in your hands is generally 9 business days with the maximum being 17 business days. You will be charged again monthly around the same day of sign up of every month, and the process of combing over your past items, profile, and special requests are repeated. Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates, and are subject to shipping volumes and may experience delays during busy times of the year.
We'll do our utmost best to keep you informed! As your Butler scrambles to get your package into your hands, he'll be hooked up to his wireless hotspot on his tablet with his laptop over the river and under the woods to grandmother's house we go to send you important email updates at all the crucial stages of the process. If you aren't receiving updates, make sure to check the email you signed up with or unfilter us from your spam folder!
How do I know I am getting a good value?
Our commitment to our partnered networks allows us to access inventory at a below wholesale rate in order to pass those savings along to you. The clothes you receive are guaranteed to be a better value than any other subscription service on the market.
Can I make a special request?
Absolutely! Unlike most other subscription services, we give you the option to affect your next order by sending us a Special Request. A special request MUST be submitted prior to your monthly billing to allow your Butler enough time to forward it to your Stylist. Any special requests made after billing cannot be guaranteed to affect that order, though we can definitely apply it to the next package.
Here's how it works:
1. Email us at Bellhop@trendybutler.com with the subject line: Special Request for (Month)
2. Provide as brief a description as you can of your request. Real examples below:
"Looking for work attire: button up / pants combo are awesome"
"Something casual for a night out with friends, definitely pants!"
"Would like to see slim fit Chinos and casual long sleeve for a hangout"
"Outfit for pool day / Summer lounging"
"Last outfit was too 'Hip-Hop.' Looking for more subdued style"
2. You can also make a permanent request to your profile. Simply use the subject line: Permanent Special Request when emailing us at Bellhop@trendybutler.com
That's it! Though we do not guarantee all requests can be met exactly, our stylists will do everything they can to meet your needs and may even reach out to you for clarification of what you'd like. We're constantly working on fine-tuning this process, so feel free to shoot us suggestions and feedback!
Can I exchange items I don't like for free?
You must be an active Trendy Butler member to qualify for free exchanges - that's it! Members can make an exchange once per package for style or fit issues. Inactive members must pay the shipping cost. Please note that exchanges are not for a refund but for replacement item. With exchanges for size, we do our best to provide the same item in the new size based on availability. If not, a similarly priced item will be added with your next package's contents. Exchanges are sent with your next package to save on shipping costs and pass along more savings to members.
Trendy Butler has an awesome exchange policy which means we must ask you to follow a few important guidelines:
1. You must make your exchange request within 60 days of receiving your package.
2. Exchange labels expire after 60 days of receiving your package. Additional exchange labels cannot be created for an order after a requested label has expired.
3. Exchanges can only be accepted if all tags are attached and the articles are in unworn condition.
Here's how it works:
1. Email us at Bellhop@trendybutler.com with the subject line: Exchange Request - Your Full Name
2. For the item with a style issue, let us know what you didn't like about it and what you'd like to see instead.
3. For the item(s) with sizing issues, let us know if you need a size up or size down.
We will then send you a label free of charge to attach to your box, and ship it right back to us! It's terribly generous, if I do say so myself. Please do not ship packages back without having contacted us first, as we we will not be able refund your shipping charges back to you.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on packages, items, nor on charges made for your monthly payments unless there was a serious error on our part and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable amount of time. You can however cancel at anytime without penalty or fee, and if you aren't happy with what you received we also have our awesome exchange policy. We aren't the cable company after all.
My tracking says my package was delivered, but I can't find it!
Unfortunately, theft is a tragic reality. However, Trendy Butler is not liable nor be able to provide refunds or re-shipments for packages where Fedex and USPS (FedEx Smartpost) has provided us Proof of Delivery. Make sure to double-check your shipping information on your account dashboard, your building's front desk, your local post office, or check with your neighbors.
If it does indeed seem as if your package was nicked, your best course of action is to contact USPS directly with your tracking number and open a claim with them: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. If it is an ongoing issue, it may be best to notify your local post office to hold your packages for pickup, and/or require a signature from the package recipient at your door from your USPS courier.
Can I cancel at any time with no strings attached?
In order to provide the best overall customer service possible, we take as much care of customers who choose to pause or cancel their membership as those members who choose to continue. If for any reason you want to cancel your subscription, simply contact us at least 5 business days prior to the charge date and we will either pause or cancel your subscription per your request! We require 5 days to ensure enough time to process the cancellation. Should you ever wish to restart your subscription, we'll be here waiting for you ready to serve.
